In the heart of the Cotswolds a small organic dairy is producing wonderful Cotswold Brie. All our cows are Friesian and feed on grass and forage grown exclusively and organically for them at Kirkham Farm… every morning the milk travels the five metres to the creamery where our other girls work hard at turning it into [...] [...] The Cotswold Motoring Museum is at the Old Mill in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water.
